Why am I being billed for a subscription that has not started yet? |
Most of our publications are monthly. Our system generates bills twice a month, so it is conceivable that you could receive your invoice before your first issue. |

Why do I get another renewal notice when I already renewed? |
More than likely your check and the renewal notice crossed in the mail. To verify that your payment has been posted, please call our customer service department at (800) 433-0622. You also may fax us a copy of your check at (570) 567 0166. |

Is the amount I pay for my subscription tax deductible? |
A company that uses the newsletter for business purposes can fully deduct the cost of the subscription. For an individual who doesn't have a business, the subscription counts for tax purposes as a miscellaneous itemized deduction. So if your total miscellaneous itemized deductions exceed 2 percent of your adjusted gross income, you can deduct the excess. Check IRS.gov for the latest guidelines. |

How come Canadians, other international customers and residents of U.S. territories can't place orders online? |

I hit the Process Order key twice by mistake. Did I accidentally order twice the amount of materials I wanted? |
No. We have put safeguards in place so that you can only process the order one time for each shopping cart. |

It’s telling me my shopping cart is empty. Why? |
If you have just finished processing an order and you hit Shopping Cart, it will tell you your cart is empty. That’s because the transaction is completed and you are now free to begin a new order. Another reason may be because your shopping cart expires after 24 hours. A third reason may be that although you’ve been shopping, you haven’t yet clicked “Buy now” or “Subscribe now” on any item. |
